The Casa Virupa Meditation Course is a path that will help us  to become aware of ourselves, to know ourselves in depth and, therefore, to know how to take care of ourselves and others in a wise and attentive way.

MENTAL CALM AND COMPASSION

Thanks to the state of tranquility that is generated by meditating, stress and anxiety are reduced, that is, the need to jump to the future or to the past to escape from the present moment. Meditation roots us in the present.

With meditation you avoid  the extremes: neither attachment nor rejection for what happens. For the meditator, the simplicity of life is an inexhaustible source of wealth. In this way we are also capable of maintaining stability in difficult moments and of absorbing positive moments to the maximum.
