We are very excited to invite you to the first meeting of students and alumni that we will celebrate on Saturday, March 22 at our new headquarters, Casa Virupa in Can Bordoi (Llinars del Vallès).
It will be a day in which we will combine individual reflection, group dialogue and teachings on a fundamental topic in the path of personal development and in Buddhist practice that, in the meditation course, we only touch on tangentially: joy.
Joy is the third of the four immeasurable thoughts , the synthesis of the fight against egocentrism. It can be understood as the culmination of our practice of kindness and compassion towards others, but also as their best companion. Without any naivety, joy is, for us, a cultivation and a hard-earned and sweet fruit. Let's dedicate some quality time to it together and enjoy its delicious company!
