Acerca del evento
Health professionals face many challenges derived from their profession: relationships with a lot of suffering (emotional and physical), absence of a solid foundation of emotional management and self-care in their careers, difficult schedules, poor family conciliation, job insecurity... The logic of sacrifice, competitiveness and dehumanization that the capitalist system leads us to in public services does not help to care for those who care.
This proposal was born from a monthly working group with Lama Norbu with professionals in the field of health and care that was created in 2023. A weekend of meditation and contemplation between health professionals and Lama Norbu to approach their work from a more stable, compassionate and attentive base.
