In this block we will understand the relationship between physical and mental or emotional well-being, as well as the benefits of meditation. We will identify the mechanisms of the ego to sabotage our purposes, which distances us from a full well-being. We will begin to integrate care into our day to day. What will be learned: attentional exercises (yoga, breathing, relaxation ...); the bases of meditation and its technique according to the Buddhist tradition and exercises of sitting and moving meditation.
