our meditation course
It is a path of self-knowledge through meditation that allows us to understand and manage the mind and emotions to live with serenity. Thus, we will be able to take care of ourselves, others and the world in a lucid and attentive way.
how does it work
3 BLOCKS
The course is divided into three blocks that provide progressive and exhaustive training on the path of meditation.
WEEKLY AND with accompaniment
A weekly meeting lasting one and a half hours is held in a group (between 7 and 13 people) and the instructor, who provides theoretical and practical content on the path of meditation.
IN PERSON &
ONLINe
There are two modalities: a blended course, which combines face-to-face sessions in Barcelona with other online sessions; and the entirely online modality.

Registration for the first block does not commit you to completing all the other blocks.
We will understand the relationship between physical and mental or emotional well-being, as well as the benefits of meditation. We will identify the ego's mechanisms to sabotage our purposes, which distances us from full well-being. We will begin to integrate care into our daily lives.
We will enter the path of mental calm and we will learn about the obstacles to cultivating full attention and we will apply the antidotes to overcome them. Then we will learn about the "four unlimited thoughts" (love, compassion, empathetic joy and equanimity), a practice to soften the heart and connect with our fundamental tenderness.
III
(9 months)
We will begin to use meditation to understand how our reality is configured. First through the study and practice of the four foundations of mindfulness and, later, with the four seals of existence.

Director and founder of the Casa Virupa project, as well as the Casa Virupa Meditation Course. HH Gongma Trichen Rinpoche appointed him lama (teacher) in February 2020.
Lama Norbu
Teacher
Founding member of Casa Virupa and the pedagogical coordination of the project. Graduated in philosophy and professor, she is currently doing a doctorate at the UB.

Member of Casa Virupa, responsible for the logistical coordination of the project and personnel. Works in event production.
