A Monlam is a common practice in different Tibetan traditions, in which the sangha is found to recite prayers that are intended to awaken compassion and wisdom in the hearts of practitioners, as well as in that of all beings. An activity open to all audiences, in which we will then share food in a festive atmosphere.
