Intensive meditation practice from home

We will dedicate a day of intensive practice from home that Lama Norbu, the community teacher, will guide. There will be theoretical and practical explanations to follow the sessions. Although this workshop has already been carried out, you can register for us to pass the session to you and follow it on your own.
