Acerca del evento

Regenerate benevolence

The practice of the four unlimited or immeasurable thoughts  It is a technique of Tibetan Buddhism that aims to develop in us an altruistic thought and unseat the egocentric dynamics of our ego. It allows us to cultivate benevolent love, the genuine desire for beings to be happy, as well as compassion, the state in which we recognize the suffering of others and want them to free themselves from it. It is also based on the cultivation of empathic joy and equanimity.

During the sessions in which there is no live transmission, we will propose a routine to maintain an attentional state beyond the cushion  of meditation.

** This activity can be complemented with another intensive meditation practice in calm of mind during Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 February. More information here.
