Acerca del evento
Anyone who assiduously practices meditation knows how necessary it is, periodically, to give quality time and space to meditation practice.
Samatha meditation or one-pointed concentration is a technique rooted in Buddhism and that aims to develop introspection and attention in us. It allows us to focus with greater clarity and intensity on our object of attention and reduce the noise and neurosis of our mind.
During the sessions in which there is no live transmission, we will propose a routine to maintain an attentional state beyond the cushion of meditation.
** This activity can be complemented with another intensive meditation practice in benevolence during Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 February. More information here.
